Proco Products
Proco Products, Inc. is the global leader in designing and supplying expansion joints for piping/ducting systems. For over 30 years, Proco has prided itself on offering a complete line of products to suit various applications. These products include rubber and molded PTFE expansion joints, braided flexible hose assemblies, and low torque sealing gaskets.
Also available from Proco Products, Inc. are the Series 700 ProFlex™ rubber duckbill check valves. There are commonly used valves in the water and sewage industry. Rubber check valves are cost-effective in controlling back pressures from sewage treatment plants, outfalls, and tidal operations. Our check valves are manufactured entirely with a top-quality barnacle and algae-resistant rubber.
Proco is involved in several technical and trade organizations, such as the FSA (Fluid Sealing Association – Rubber Expansion Joint Division and Non-Metallic Ducting Expansion Joint Division). One of Proco’s own,
Rob Coffee, VP of Sales & Marketing, is a part of the FSA Board of Directors and serves on technical committees to ensure its continued development of proper expansion joint design for industries.
Other associations that Proco Products is proud to be a member of are our NAHAD (National Association of Hose and Accessory Distributors), WEF (Water Environment Federation), AWWA (American Water Works Association), IDCO (Industrial Distributor Co-op), and the Cooling Tower Institute.
Proco Products, Inc. operates worldwide through a global agent and distribution network, providing various products and services. This allows them to serve the customer during all project phases regardless of location.
Proco’s primary goal is to provide superior service to the demanding marketplace. Therefore, quality and service will always be Proco’s highest priority.
With more than $2 million in inventory, Proco maintains one of the most extensive production stocks in North America. Contact Dannenbaum LLC for pricing and availability on the appropriate expansion joint or check valve for a particular application.
Formed Rubber Bellows
Formed rubber bellows are often used in industrial applications. Rubber bellows take engineering and experience. We’re skilled in designing molds for any shape and size of rubber bellows to cover all ranges and directions of motion.
We have supplied major oil companies and EPCs with formed rubber bellows. For example, we have sold to Exxon, Chevron, Shell, Worley, Technip, Kiewit, Fluor, etc…
Molded bellows may have an extended resting position (convolutions are extended in a resting place). Think of a convoluted drainage pipe, for example. See more about rubber expansion joints.
Formed rubber joints can extend and contract.
We can supply formed bellows in almost any material and size. In addition, we have the most extensive inventory of rubber expansion joints. Therefore, we are competitive in price.
We also supply molded spherical rubber expansion joints designed to be used in piping systems. These molded, single-sphere-designed bellows are inherently more robust than conventional hand-built style spool arch types.
In addition, the spherical design’s “flowing arch” reduces turbulence as well as sediment build-up.
Formed rubber bellows are made from a spindle. Material is wrapped around the spindle.
Bellows can be made by sealing or stitching alternating inner and outer material rings. Also, they can be made by forming or molding.
Proco Expansion Joints
Proco Expansion Joints and Proco Products are leading joint expansion manufacturers with an extensive inventory of expansion joints for piping and ducting systems.
Our movement expansion joints are specially designed to have the ability to protect your equipment against a variety of stressors while also being low maintenance and durable for maximum efficiency.
Proco Style 233 expansion joints are built to withstand even the most rigorous piping system configurations. They are triple-wide-arch products specifically constructed to reduce or eliminate common occurrences such as noise and vibration, misalignment/offset, or turbulence.
Proco Expansion Joints include Style 233 expansion joints appropriate for various industrial applications and are available in the open arch and filled arch configurations. In addition, piping seals and expansion joints can be used on the same pipeline.
Proco Style 232 rubber expansion joints are built to withstand even the most rigorous piping system configurations. They are double wide-arch products specifically constructed to reduce or eliminate common occurrences such as noise and vibration, misalignment/offset, or turbulence.
Style 232 Proco expansion joints are appropriate for various industrial applications and are available in open arch and filled arch configurations.
Proco Style 231 single wide arch rubber expansion joints are built to withstand even the most rigorous piping system configurations. They are single wide-arch products specifically constructed to reduce or eliminate common occurrences such as noise and vibration, misalignment/offset, or turbulence.
Style 231 Proco expansion joints are appropriate for various industrial applications and are available in open arch and filled arch configurations.

The Proco Series 231/ET Lined Expansion Joints are designed for rugged, demanding, corrosive chemical applications such as chemical and petrochemical process facilities and highly corrosive industrial piping and pollution control systems.
The Series 231/ET expansion joints are especially prevalent in the paper industry. Other competitive metals or plastic expansion joints are unrivaled by their ability to resist corrosive attacks at elevated temperatures and pressure.
The Proco Series 251/BT PTFE & FEP Lined Expansion Joints are designed for rugged, demanding, corrosive chemical applications such as chemical and petrochemical process facilities and highly corrosive industrial piping and pollution control systems.
The Series 251/BT expansion joints are especially prevalent in the paper industry. This is because their ability to resist corrosive attack at elevated temperature and pressure is unrivaled by other competitive metal or plastic Proco expansion joints.
The Proco Style 445-BD Molded Expansion Joints can be used for corrosive applications found in chemical-petrochemical, industrial process piping systems, power generation plants, pulp/paper plants, water and wastewater sewage, and pollution control systems.
Wherever metallic joints, lap joints, or PTFE and FEP-lined rubber expansion joints were previously used, the Proco Style 445-BD can also be used.
The Proco Style 442-BD Molded Expansion Joints can be used for corrosive applications found in chemical-petrochemical, industrial process piping systems, power generation plants, pulp/paper plants, water and wastewater sewage, and pollution control systems.
This expansion joint features two convolutions for minimal movements, higher pressure/temperature ratings, and short face-to-face opening requirements. Wherever metallic joints, lap joints, or PTFE and FEP-lined rubber expansion joints were previously used, the Proco Style 442-BD can also be used.
Proco Products and Proco expansion joints are leading check valve manufacturers designing and manufacturing a cost-effective mechanism to prevent the backflow of fluids and gases.
There are various types of check valves available on the market, including ball and flap type check valves; however, our rubber check valves are specifically designed to be durable and practical, reducing the likelihood of common maintenance problems.
They are entirely passive devices requiring neither maintenance nor any outside power sources or manual assistance to operate.
Petrochemical products are derived from petroleum products. In addition, many other chemical compounds are derived from fossil fuels such as coal, natural gas, or other renewable sources such as corn or sugar cane.
With over 30 years of experience in supplying the chemical and petrochemical industries with high-quality expansion joints and check valves, Proco Products, Inc. understands the unique needs and demands that companies in these businesses face.
Proco operates worldwide and maintains one of the largest product inventories in North America. For more information on expansion joints and check valves from Proco Products,
